By accessing or using LeadGen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
LeadGen provides a maps-based lead generation platform including Google Maps business discovery, data enrichment, CRM management, and email sequence automation. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered pricing.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM Act requirements for email communications. You may not use the Service to send unsolicited bulk emails, harvest data for resale, or engage in any activity that could harm the Service or its users.
We guarantee 95% accuracy on enriched email data. If an enriched email bounces within 90 days of enrichment, you will receive an automatic credit refund. This guarantee applies to email addresses only and does not cover phone numbers, company data, or other enrichment fields.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Credit allocations reset at the start of each billing cycle.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LeadGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
